By accessing and using the Ares Studio website and purchasing our FiveM scripts, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our FiveM scripts on your server(s) subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the scripts with third parties
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• You may only use the scripts on servers you own or have explicit permission to modify
• Commercial use is permitted only for the server(s) specified during purchase

You may not use our products for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating
• Transmitting or procuring the sending of any advertising or promotional material without prior written consent

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for keeping your account secure.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds unless:

• The product is fundamentally broken and cannot be fixed within 30 days
• We have discontinued the product and cannot provide adequate support
• There was an error in the transaction that cannot be resolved otherwise

Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
