License Information

Upon purchasing a Personal License, Ares Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our FiveM scripts on one CFX account. You may use the scripts on all servers associated with your licensed CFX account. The license begins upon successful payment and product delivery.

What you receive:

• License key tied to your CFX account
• Usage on all servers under that CFX account (typically up to 4 servers)
• Compiled script files optimized for FiveM servers
• Installation documentation and setup guides
• Configuration files and customization options
• Lifetime access to compatibility updates
• Community support through our Discord server

With a Personal License, you are permitted to:

• Multiple Server Use: Install and run scripts on any/all servers linked to your licensed CFX account
• CFX Account Limit: Use on one CFX account only (which typically allows up to 4 servers)
• Configuration: Modify config files and documented settings to suit your servers
• Integration: Use the scripts alongside other compatible FiveM resources
• Backup: Create backup copies for personal disaster recovery
• Team Access: Share access with your development team for installation purposes only

Under Personal License terms, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• No Multiple CFX Accounts: Using scripts on servers under different CFX accounts
• No Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or extracting source code from compiled scripts
• No Redistribution: Sharing, selling, gifting, or distributing scripts to any third party
• No Resale: Reselling, sublicensing, or transferring your license to others
• No Unauthorized Use: Using scripts on servers not linked to your licensed CFX account
• No Circumvention: Removing, modifying, or bypassing license verification or protection systems
• No Public Distribution: Uploading to GitHub, leak sites, forums, or any public platform

To protect our intellectual property and ensure legitimate use, our scripts include verification systems:

• CFX Account Verification: Scripts verify authorization through your CFX account
• Automatic Updates: Receive updates through our secure delivery system
• License Status Checks: Periodic validation to ensure your license remains active

These systems protect both our work and legitimate customers. Verification is lightweight and won't impact server performance.

Attempting to bypass, remove, or tamper with verification systems violates the license agreement and will result in immediate termination.

• Compatibility Updates: Updates to maintain FiveM framework compatibility
• Security Patches: Critical security updates as needed
• Minor Improvements: Quality of life enhancements and optimizations

Major feature additions or complete rewrites may be released as new products.

• Documentation: Comprehensive setup guides and troubleshooting
• Installation Help: Assistance with initial setup and configuration
• Bug Reports: Report issues through our ticket system

Personal License purchases grant usage rights only, not ownership. Ares Studio retains all intellectual property rights:

• Copyright: All scripts, code, and assets remain copyrighted property of Ares Studio
• Trademarks: Ares Studio name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks
• Source Code: Underlying source code is proprietary and confidential
• Derivative Works: You cannot create derivative products for distribution

Your license grants you the right to use the software as specified, but ownership remains with Ares Studio.

Non-Transferable License:

Personal Licenses are non-transferable and permanently tied to your CFX account. You cannot:

• Transfer or sell your license to another person or CFX account
• Gift or reassign the license to a different CFX account
• Use the same license key on multiple CFX accounts
• Share access credentials with users of different CFX accounts

What We Guarantee:

• Scripts will function as described in our product documentation
• Compatible with current stable FiveM builds at time of purchase
• Free from critical bugs that prevent core functionality
• Professional code quality and optimization standards

Important Disclaimers:

We're committed to quality and will work with you to resolve legitimate issues. Contact support if you experience problems.

Your license may be terminated immediately if you:

• Violate License Terms: Break any provision of this agreement
• Redistribute Scripts: Share, leak, or distribute to unauthorized parties
• Circumvent Protection: Attempt to bypass license verification or DRM
• Reverse Engineer: Decompile or extract source code from scripts
• Fraudulent Purchase: Use stolen payment methods or chargeback fraud

Upon Termination:

• Your license becomes immediately invalid
• Scripts will stop functioning through verification systems
• You must cease all use and delete all script files
• No refund will be provided for terminated licenses
• You may be held liable for damages and legal costs
